Where do you get your data?
Our dataset is custom and unique. Sponsorable subscribes to 5.9 million podcasts, and we constantly crawl the internet to find new podcasts as they are created. For each podcast found, our systems watch for new episodes, which are then analyzed to find sponsors.

How often is the data updated?
Our data collection systems are running 24/7/365 to watch for new podcasts and epsiodes as they are published. We process episodes in the background to find new sponsorships, and then we update our customer-facing database once per day.

What are credits?
Credits unlock the most valuable data: revealing a contact's email and LinkedIn costs 1 credit, exporting to CSV costs 1 credit per row, and on the Free plan, opening a sponsor's full profile costs 1 credit. Everything you unlock stays unlocked for your whole team, forever — you're never charged twice for the same thing. Starter includes 100 credits every month; Pro doesn't need them at all.

Do you offer a free trial?
Our Free plan is better than a trial: sign up without a credit card and get 10 credits to open sponsor profiles and reveal real contacts. If you'd like to see a sample for your particular use case, don't hesitate to contact us.

Yes — API & MCP access is included with every paid plan. See the API documentation and the MCP server docs for details.

Do you offer custom datasets or exports?
CSV exports are available on all paid plans. Custom datasets, data warehouse integrations, and real-time webhooks are available on our Enterprise plan. Please contact us for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards for our monthly subscriptions—Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For our Enterprise plan, we also support custom payment terms and invoicing.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings page.
