Where do you get your data?
We make it ourselves. Sponsorable subscribes to 5.3 million podcasts and crawls for new shows as they appear. Our systems read each new episode and detect its sponsors from the episode content itself—detected, never reported by third parties or estimated.

How often is the data updated?
The systems read every new episode as it's published—112,289 of them yesterday. What they find is cleaned, weighed, and folded into the customer-facing database once a day.

What are credits?
Credits unlock the most valuable data: revealing a contact's email and LinkedIn costs 1 credit, exporting to CSV costs 1 credit per row, and on the Free plan, opening a sponsor's full profile costs 1 credit. A credit spends once. Whatever it unlocks—a contact, a row of a CSV—stays unlocked for your whole team, for good, and you're never charged twice for the same thing. Starter includes 100 credits every month; Pro doesn't need them at all.

Do you offer a free trial?
Our Free plan is better than a trial: sign up without a credit card and get 10 credits to open sponsor profiles and reveal real contacts. If you want a sample for your particular use case, contact us and we'll put one together.

Do you have an API?
Yes—API & MCP access is included with every paid plan. See the API documentation and the MCP server docs for details.

Do you offer custom datasets or exports?
CSV exports are available on all paid plans. Custom datasets, data warehouse integrations, and real-time webhooks are available on our Enterprise plan. Please contact us for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards for our monthly subscriptions—Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For our Enterprise plan, we also support custom payment terms and invoicing.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and there's no contract. Cancelling is a button on your account settings page, not an email or a phone call.
