Credits unlock the most valuable data — contact reveals, CSV exports, and (on the Free plan) full sponsor profiles. The rule that makes them fair: everything you unlock stays unlocked for your whole organization, forever. You're never charged twice for the same thing.
How Credits Work
A credit is spent the moment you unlock something you haven't unlocked before. Unlocks are permanent and shared across your organization: if a teammate revealed a contact last month, opening that contact today is free — on the web, the API, and the MCP server alike.
The guarantee
Everything you unlock stays unlocked for your whole team, forever. Nothing is ever charged twice.
And nothing charges silently: opening a locked sponsor profile or revealing a contact always shows the price and your remaining balance first, and reveal buttons say exactly what you'll get (email, LinkedIn, or both) before you spend.

Searching, browsing categories, and managing lists never cost credits on any plan.
Monthly Refresh
Starter includes 100 credits per month. Each billing cycle your balance resets to the full monthly allowance — unused credits don't roll over. The reset appears in your credit history as two entries: the expiry of any remainder, then the new monthly grant.
The Free plan's 10 credits are a one-time signup grant; they don't refresh. Pro doesn't use credits at all — everything is included, and usage still appears in your history so you can see your team's activity.
Plan Changes
- Upgrading to Pro: any remaining credit balance is cleared — you won't need credits again, and everything already unlocked stays unlocked.
- Cancelling a paid plan: when the subscription ends, the remaining balance from that plan expires. Unlocks are permanent either way: anything you revealed remains visible on any plan.
- Upgrading Free → Starter: your monthly allowance starts with the first invoice; the signup credits you've already spent stay spent, and unlocks carry over.
Balance & History
Your balance and the full transaction history live at Credits → Usage in the app. Every entry shows what was unlocked, by whom, and when. When your last credit is spent, the account owner gets one email — no drip campaigns.
