Find Sponsors for Your Show

The fastest way to a realistic prospect list: search the brands already buying podcast ads in your niche, filtered down to the ones with live budgets and a habit of buying more than one show. About five minutes.

Steps

  1. Open Sponsors in the sidebar. You'll see the full sponsor database, sorted by podcasts sponsored — the biggest podcast advertisers first.
  2. Set three filters, then click Search:
    • Sponsoring Categories → your show's category (e.g. True Crime)
    • Last Sponsored → 30 days
    • Podcasts Sponsored → 10+
Why these three: the category filter finds brands already buying your kind of audience; recency means the budget is live right now; and a 10+ podcast floor selects brands with a habit of sponsoring — they add shows, which is exactly what your pitch asks them to do.
  3. Read the results. Each row shows the sponsor's overall activity — episodes sponsored (with a 12-month sparkline), distinct podcasts, industry, and how recently we last detected them. The filters decide who qualifies; the numbers show total scale. "Last sponsored: 2 days ago" on a brand with hundreds of shows is a live, proven buyer.
  4. Two refinements worth knowing:
    • Industry narrows by what the sponsor does (e.g. only Mental Health Care brands).
    • Has Sponsored Podcast — type a comparable show's name to see exactly who sponsors it. This is the single highest-signal filter for podcasters, and it gets its own tutorial: work backwards from shows like yours.
  5. Click any sponsor to open its profile and decide if it's worth pitching — that's the next tutorial: vet a sponsor and pick the right contact.

Plan notes

Searching the full sponsor database is included on every plan, including Free. Opening a sponsor's full profile costs 1 credit on the Free plan and is included on paid plans — and it always asks first: a dialog shows the price and your remaining balance before anything is charged.
